Local Hack Day Philly @ Temple Dec 2nd
TUDev presents our annual Local Hack Day this weekend.
This Saturday, Temple will join schools all around the world in hosting a 12 hour hackathon that brings together the hacker community to celebrate building awesome technology. TUDev is hosting the event, which is open to any university students in the Philadelphia area.
This free event will kick off at 10:30am in the Howard Gittis Student Center Room 217 with a presentation from SEI. Students have 12 hours to create the coolest tech projects they can. Whether you are an expert software developer or just someone who is interested in technology, our event is open to all, and we encourage you to come get creative, meet new people, and build something awesome!
Our sponsors (SEI, Guru, UNISYS, CapTech, Vanguard, and Elsevier) will offer prizes to top hackers who complete their proposed challenges. To be ready for the big event, hackers should bring their own devices (laptops, phones, any hardware they may need, chargers, etc.), a form of ID, and anything else they might need.
